Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping services across India. For specific large-quantity products, we provide a local shipping option where users can pick up the product directly from the seller.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are applicable to all orders and depend on the weight and volumetric
weight of the product.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 5-7 days. Please note that the actual delivery time depends on the dispatch time of the delivery. Sellers are generally requested to dispatch orders within 24 hours of order placement.

Shipping Provider

We primarily use Delhivery as our shipping provider, utilizing their Surface shipping option for all deliveries.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.

Return, Refund and Defective Product Policy

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns. All sales are final and products once sold cannot be returned.
Since most of our products move from one loving home to another and due to hygiene reasons, please note that these products are non-returnable.
We are always at hand to help resolve any issues with your order.

Refunds

In general, we do not provide refunds for purchases. However, if there is an issue with the received order, we may issue a refund after proper inspection. Please contact our Support Team for assistance:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Support Team immediately. We will inspect the issue and may offer a refund or replacement based on our findings.
Products will be considered for dispute resolution within the applicable window (24 hrs from when the product is received) if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on secondhugs.com
In case of any breakage or damage claim (at the time of delivery) replacement/refund will be provided after obtaining necessary proof (eg. pictures). We recommend taking an opening video at the time of unboxing your products to assist with any disputes.
