This guide provides detailed instructions on how to package various kids' products, including clothes, toys, books, gadgets, and fragile items.

Ensure clothes are clean and neatly folded. Use a plastic bag to protect against moisture.
Wrap toys in bubble wrap to prevent damage. Secure any small parts.
Place books in a padded envelope or wrap them in bubble wrap before placing them in a box.
Wrap gadgets in bubble wrap and place them in a box with foam inserts.
Use double-walled boxes and plenty of bubble wrap or foam. Mark the package as "Fragile" to ensure careful handling.
For items containing batteries, ensure they are securely packed to prevent short-circuiting. Use anti-static bags if necessary.

This guide will walk you through the process of executing your order from the moment you receive the notification to the point of dispatch and payment. Following these steps will ensure a smooth and efficient transaction for both you and the buyer.
You will be notified of a new order via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Please check these notifications promptly to ensure timely processing.
Check the Order: Upon receiving the order notification, log in to your Seller Dashboard to review the order details.
Prepare the Order for Packing: Follow the Packaging Guidelines to securely pack the product. Include the invoice and any additional parts of the product inside the package.
Print the Invoice: From the Dashboard, navigate to the order and print the invoice.
Create the Shipment: 1. Go to the Shipping menu in your dashboard. 2. Select the order number from the list. 3. From the dropdown at the top, select "Generate Label." 4. Once the shipment is created, click on "Download Label." 5. Print the packing slip and attach it to the package. 6. And then, Click on "Request Pickup" to initiate the pickup.
Processing Time: Ensure the order is processed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
